Verification standard
AI extracts. Sources prove.
ExpoSetGo separates discovery from truth. Automation moves quickly; publication remains evidence-bound.
Discover
Organizer sites, venues, government calendars, associations, and structured feeds become candidates—not immediate listings.
Preserve
The raw source, observation time, and content hash are retained so every decision can be audited.
Resolve
Names, dates, venues, domains, and series history identify duplicates and recurring shows.
Prove
An official source or two independent reputable sources must support the minimum public record.
Publish
Complete records go live. Conflicts and incomplete records enter an exception queue.
Recheck
Near-term shows are checked daily. Broken or changed evidence automatically lowers trust.
What we refuse to do
- Invent attendance, booth prices, application deadlines, or organizer claims.
- Use another directory as the sole evidence for a “verified” badge.
- Leave an old badge in place after its supporting source becomes stale.
- Publish thousands of thin location pages with no verified inventory.
